We are looking for a dedicated Lead JavaScript Engineer with a software engineering background and experience developing UI using ReactJS or AngularJS.

You would be working on a platform that would provide ability to control and operate city infrastructure services like intelligent lighting, intelligent traffic management, traffic data services, intersection safety analytics, smart parking and parking optimization. It is built as a cloud platform that utilizes Big Data and Machine Learning capabilities of AWS cloud services.

What You'll Do

* Implement the UI using AngularJS and/or ReactJS
* Invoke the necessary platform API

What You Have

* 5+ years of experience in Software Development
* Extensive understanding and hands-on AngularJS or ReactJS skills, XML/XSLT, HTML, CSS
* Experience with cloud technologies on AWS (services like EMR, Dynamo DB, Aurora DB, AWS Kinesis, AWS Sagemaker, AWS Cognito, EC2 etc.)
* Understanding of applications security
* Keen interest in wireless technologies
* Excellent English communication skills & experience in client-facing communications (developers communicate with stakeholders directly)
* Self-management and strong prioritization skills
* Capability to work in agile environment without direct supervision
* Ablity to create necessary documentation (incl. PRD, Test Cases, Design Docs, etc.) instead of waiting for a perfectly shaped task
* Understanding of Material Design Spec and best UXD practices
* Ability to work as the most senior developer on the team, supervise and mentor more junior team members as needed
* Strong self-management and prioritization skills
