The Digital Marketing Experience Team at Visa is looking for a self motivated lead full stack SW Architect with strong technical skills, with a complete understanding of the agile development process. The candidate will be taking lead role to deliver the assigned project, while being extensively involved in hands-on activities including POCs, design, documentation, development and testing. Candidate must be flexible and willing to switch tasks based on team's needs, and should be capable to work across the layers and technologies stack. To be a part of this team, candidate should have hands on experience with Java/J2EE, HTML, AJAX, CSS, and JavaScript and a passion for creating the best user experience. The position also requires strong knowledge of the overall software delivery lifecycle and activities and standups, release and sprint planning, reviews, demos and retrospectives,ensure quality and completeness of the product through unit, integration, and regression testing and Adheres to architecture standards, risk management and security policies.

* Experience leading a team and experience of being responsible for delivering large projects successfully.
* BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or a similar field.
* 10+ years of software design, architecture and development experience in delivering technology solutions, web development experience working on Windows/Linux, Java platform with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX and Spring frameworks.
* Strong customer focus, excellent problem solving and analytical skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Experience of testing at the unit, integration and system levels. Experience with testng and other testing frameworks.
* Experience with data and site migration
* Experience with other large scale WCM or CMS implementation a plus.
* Experience of multithreaded software design
* Ability to work quickly in an agile environment, part of an on-call rotation duty among other engineers.
* Experience in implementing Continuous Integration or Continuous Delivery pipeline. Working knowledge and experience in CI / CD tools like Jenkins, GIT
