What You'll Bring:

Overall Description: The role is a lead role.

He is responsible to oversee the IT Analytics area (batch) and will lead the team to achieve their objectives.

The responsibilities include participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle (batch product) and coaching the developers and testers of the area.

This resource will report directly to the IT Service Delivery Manager (achievements, progress, risks/issues).

Requirements :

* Engineering career (software engineer)
* At least 3 years of development (both enhancement & maintenance preferred)
* Proven track record of application management (full software development lifecycle from design to deployment) in either waterfall or Agile environment
* Leadership skills
* Expertise in programming, software development, system design, system integration, data analysis
* Stack: Python, Apache environment (Hive, Spark, Cassandra, Sqoop), Oracle, SQL
* Teamwork
* Good knowledge of secure coding
* Demonstrated customer communication skills, and excellent interpersonal communications.
* Demonstrated conflict management and resolution experience
* Good problem solving skills; ability to visualize a problem or situation and think abstractly to solve it
* Effective reporting
* English intermediate (at least B1)
