The candidate will join Network Support Solutions as part of Network Solutions under Transversal Functions planning unit. The candidate will be working on Network Provisioning tool which uses Comptel InstantLink COTS product.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include the following:

* Design, develop, integrate third party components, test, install and support programs/systems
* Analyze technical and functional requirements and translate them into software solutions
* Understand dependencies toward other systems and teams
* Evaluate and recommend technical feasibility and cost estimates of the proposed solutions
* Prepare installation and operating procedures
* Coach and guide team members into technical aspect of application/products (e.g. provide technical training/knowledge transfer)
* Provide technical assistance to colleagues and assist in resolving problems reported by other team members
* Develop and maintain technical documentation
* Supporting the delivered software and being part of a 'Center of Expertise' problem solving team
* Analyze support cases and, when appropriate, provide solutions following the established case management processes

Qualifications

* University degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent discipline.
* 7 to 10 years of experience in systems development

Essential Technical skills The following skills are listed in order of importance:

* 3+ years of development experience using Nokia Comptel suite of products
* Complete understanding of Comptel IL products focusing on BST development, NEI build-out, InstanLink, IPAM, WFC and ProvClient
* Expert at creating stand-alone Java applications and the maintenance of the existing code
* Oracle Database experience including table creation, complex SQL queries and developing PL/SQL
* Experience on provisioning network equipment's such as Juniper (Ex: SSG5, SRX345, SRX650, etc.)
* Ability to setup network devices in the lab such as VPN boxes to perform unit testing.
* Good understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, SNMP
* Strong security mindset, keeping deliverables compliant with the latest security rules.
* Work well within a team environment including remote colleagues
* Ability to interpret network design documents for automation logic creation
* Ability to lead and guide junior technical staff in Comptel area and contribute to their growth
* Produce supporting documents such as design documents, installation guides, test cases and operational guides for the delivered releases
* Review and comment on both peer and junior developer's code and documentation
* Willing and be able to perform Level2 on-call for support on customer provisioning and tool related issues
* Programming Languages: JAVA (1.6 , 1.8) , C++ , C , GOLANG(1.17) , PERL ,PYTHON, SHELL, PL/SQL; Stand Alone GUI frameworks: JAVA FXWeb Technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JSP, SERVLETS; JavaScript framework: Jquery, Bootstrap. Expect, Perl, KSH, Phyton, XML, Skulli, Selenium and CI/CD (Jenkins)
