Position Title: Lead Developer, Business Intelligence

Position Location: 625 Westport Pkwy, Grapevine, TX 76051

Days/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

Summary of Duties:

* Work directly with user groups to determine reporting needs and translate those needs into delivery mechanisms which best suit the optimal solution to user's data and analysis needs.
* Work closely with ETL and Development team to provide business logic and perform gap analysis.
* Perform unit testing and validation of report solutions prior to delivering to the users.
* Perform database (T-SQL) query performance and optimization on deliverables.
* Work with ongoing project teams in identifying new requirements for the Business Intelligence environment based on deliverables. Co-ordinate with team members for work allocation and timely delivery of tasks.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications or related field of study and seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Applicants must also have demonstrated experience with the following:

* Analyzing requirements and prepare technical / functional specifications and design documents;
* Performing Business Intelligence application design and analysis at the conceptual stage and also creating detailed specification;
* Developing and architecting the optimal Business Intelligence environment for data marts, multi-dimensional modeling using IBM Framework Manager, cubes, dashboards, and standard reports;
* Developing transformations, multi-dimensional cubes, data analysis using various analytical and dimensional modeling tools;
* Designing business intelligence reporting and analytics solutions using IBM Cognos Business Intelligence suite, AWS Quicksight and Microsoft Power Business Intelligence reporting tools;
* Preparing test cases and performing unit, integration and system testing of Business Intelligence and ETL applications at various stages of SDLC and Agile methodology;
* Providing end user documentation and training on various Business Intelligence applications;
* ETL (SSIS) processes;
* Standard Query Language (SQL);
* Microsoft Analysis Services; and
* Tableau.
