JOB TITLE: Lead Business Systems Analyst II

LOCATION: 1601 W Diehl Road, Naperville, IL 60563

JOB DUTIES: Lead Business Systems Analyst II for Nalco Company LLC at its facility in Naperville, IL. Responsible for all aspects of requirements management in the development of technical solutions to business problems in the advancement of Ecolab's sales efforts. Liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to gather and document requirements, work with multiple teams within IT to determine solutions, and ensure a quality solution for our colleagues. Lead and deliver Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects through analysis, design, development, testing, training, and deployment activities necessary to deliver superior quality solutions. Lead analysis of business process for Industrial Sales and Service platform. Ensure business alignment between industrial businesses on CRM platform. Act as Scrum Master in prioritized efforts for Industrial Sales and Service. Coordination of all testing cycles for Industrial Sales and Service Projects. Conduct Data Analysis and design within CRM and integrations. Works with SMEs to ensure proper workflow training. Develop reports (PowerBi), dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor user adoption, system value and data quality.

REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor's degree in: Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or closely related. Seven (7) years of experience is required and must include the following: Configuration of and coding for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM); Agile Methodologies, including acting as a Scrum Master; Using Agile Planning and Delivery Tools for Sprint and Story Management, such as AzureDevOps (aka Visual Studio Team Services) or similar; Partnering with subject matter experts for requirements gathering and definition; Working with a distributed team for the delivery of a Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation.
