We have an opening for you to grow with us as a Lead Architect providing technical oversight and delivering solutions leveraging the Kellogg's Global Integration platform.

As a key enabler of our Digital Transformation and all of Kellogg Company's "Deploy for Growth" initiatives, you would be responsible for providing the key building blocks to expose our core data assets, and enable Re-use, Agility, and Decreased Delivery Time through a Globally Connected Integration Platform, using our global integration technologies (B2B, A2A, ETL/ELT, EDI, SAP, API, MFT).

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Architecture Strategy: As Lead Architect, you will participate in domain technical and business discussions relative to future architecture direction and align architectural strategy with organizational goals and objectives. You will analyze the current architecture to identify weaknesses, develop opportunities for improvements, and recommend new sustainable best practice approaches.

Architecture Roadmap: The Lead Architect must stay abreast of emerging technology, industry and market trends as it relates to integration technologies and platforms, and be able to present applicable advances and changes to help drive future looking initiatives.

Design and Delivery: You'll function as the primary point of contact for any relevant integration technical consultation required by IT Delivery teams. The Architect will evaluate and approve technical design specifications, serving as a primary support contact during project rollout or POC iteration.

As Lead Architect, you will partner with cross functional teams to align architectural requirements with IT strategy, collaborate on development of policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures. You will provide Project team consultations to ensure design compatibility with existing integration solutions, infrastructure and services. You will assist in the development and implementation of solutions, evaluate and approve technical design specifications, assist with post-implementation continuous-improvement efforts to enhance functionality and performance, and ensure the completeness of the technical solution.

Team Collaboration: As Lead Architect, you will partner with various teams/regions to understand business processes, translate business requirements into cost effective, flexible, and scalable integration technical solutions, and ensure performance based upon anticipated demand. Other key contributions for this role will include collaborating with various teams/regions in driving automation of API development and operational processes (Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment), Manage and Measure available APIs (KPIs), Inculcate the DevOps mindset, work with our MSP/Partners, and Liaison with Delivery & Support teams to ensure successful outcomes.
