Job Title: Lead Application Developer

Location: Parsippany, New Jersey

Job Duties:

ADP Technology Services, Inc. seeks a Lead Application Developer at our Parsippany, NJ location. Responsibilities: Participate in relevant aspects of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including planning, construction, testing, reviews and demonstrations. Develop and enhance effective software programs and data structures that meet business objectives. Collaborate with clients, Product Managers, Architects, and Analysts to develop and review software application requirements and designs. Review and create system, software, and functional design specifications. Investigate and resolve software application issues. Participate in software project planning and release management. Research, recommend, and introduce new technologies and new uses of existing technologies.

Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related field plus two (2) years of related experience.

Work Experience:

One (1) year of experience must include: Automated testing tools, including Selenium Web Driver, Cucumber framework, and ReadyAPI Automation; Behavior Driven Testing (BDT); JavaScript; Scripting languages, including Visual Basic Scripting; Eclipse IDE; Java; J2EE; Unit testing frameworks, including Junit and Jest; Restful and SOAP-based web services, including JSON and XML; ORMs, including Hibernate; SOA; OOAD; and OOP.
