PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop, resolve and support IT software application initiatives across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for Business Intelligence software applications.
* Perform SAP development including data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), SAP Business Warehouse development on SAP HANA, ABAP.
* Analyze processes, evaluate alternative solutions, assess feasibility and recommend new approaches.
* Maintain secure configuration.
* Conduct root cause analysis, data modeling, mining, mapping and monitoring.
* Manage planning of software acceptance testing and develop project testing standards for all phases of project.
* Ensure that appropriate action is taken to anticipate, investigate and resolve problems in software services.
* Negotiate with stakeholders, use feedback from customers to measure effectiveness.
* Technical environment: Layered scalable architecture (LSA++) development/design, Business Objects BI, Information Design Tool, Analysis for Office, BW workspaces, Analysis edition for OLAP, Dashboards, Web Intelligence, Design Studio, Lumira, Lumira Designer-Discovery, Explorer (BEx), Query Designer, BI Launch Pad, Tableau, Crystal Reports.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any Engineering field plus two years of experience in the job offered or in software development OR Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or any Engineering field plus five years of progressive experience in the job offered or in software development required.
* Required skills: Must have previous SAP development experience with data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), SAP Business Warehouse development on SAP HANA, ABAP, conducting root cause analysis, data modeling, mining, mapping and monitoring, layered scalable architecture (LSA++) development/design, Business Objects BI, Information Design Tool, Analysis edition for OLAP, Dashboards, Web Intelligence, Lumira, BEx, Tableau, Crystal Reports, full SDLC.
* Must hold SAP HANA certification & SAP BI Certification.
* Background check and drug test required.
