JOB SUMMARY

Cresco Labs is looking for two LAN Engineers to support our rapidly expanding national infrastructure. Our LAN Engineers will be responsible for Troubleshooting hardware, network, and appliance issues impacting national production and retail sites. As our LAN Engineer you will interface with local and national support partners to proactively ensure ongoing, secure nationwide network operations.

CORE JOB DUTIES

* Collaborating with executive leadership to predict and support rapid expansion needs impacting a wide variety of focus areas
* Identifying and replacing defective or outdated network equipment
* Documentation and diagramming with Visio or similar program
* Sometimes heavy travel (up to 75 percent) to assist with installation and support for new locations

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

* 3+ years installing/maintaining Cisco switching gear and assorted WAPs, printers, VOIP phones
* Bachelor's Degree preferred
* Strong intrapersonal, verbal, and written skills and an engaging, service-focused approach
* High level of organizational skill
* Deadline driven and detail oriented
* Sincere commitment to work collaboratively with all company departments and employees
