Project Description:

* We are seeking a Kronos System Administrator in Bellevue, WA-
* Remote work is allowed 50% of the time.
* Expenses re reimbursed for the travel onsite.
* This is a contract opportunity that does not offer sponsorship now or in the future.
* Must be able to work on W2.

Responsibilities:

* Develops, modifies and maintains Kronos HR and WFC 6.3 and 8.0 applications configurations including but not limited to: Maintenance of Pay Rules. Setup and maintenance of PTO accruals.
* Design, creation and maintenance of system interfaces.
* Design, creation, and maintenance of WTK Reporting interfaces. Design and configure rules.
* Leads administration of Kronos WFC 8.x applications and platforms, including database and table maintenance, application maintenance and upgrades, licenses, and platform maintenance and upgrades.
* Execute Kronos application administration tasks, including system configuration setting, Kronos and associated software application administration, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
* Coordinate integration solutions using the Kronos Workforce Integration Manager tool and import tools, including business process analysis, design, development and testing.
* The position will be empowered to lead the subject matter experts within the Kronos modules to discuss changes to the system.
* Resolves application problems and troubleshoots end user issues
* Understands all aspects of supporting complex databases providing overall maintenance continuous monitoring and auditing for system efficiencies and response-time improvements and quality control.
* Set direction and lead projects to ensure optimal application and system performance.
* Often communicates technical solutions to teammates and management and provides assistance to teammates in an effort to enhance the overall services provided by the group.
* Maintains access methods access time security and security documentation ensures data and system integrity defines validation checks loading and unloading data backup and recovery procedures.
* Performs ERP administration tasks
* Participates as a team member on projects or may lead initiatives where appropriate.
* Regularly provides guidance and training to less experienced data base analysts/administrators.
* In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.
* Extensive knowledge of Kronos configuration and implementation processes and components for scheduling and timekeeping
* Configures the application and workflows with project and functional team
