Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for a Kinaxis Application Support Analyst to work on a project in Pleasanton, CA or Durham, NC. Support Analyst will be providing support for Kinaxis Rapid Response Application and will be supporting Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Distribution Requirement Planning, Capacity Planning, Aggregate Supply Planning, S&OP, and Inventory Optimization.
Experience working with Kinaxis for 5 plus years.
Should have a strong background in providing support for Kinaxis Rapid Response Application.
Should have a techno-functional experience working with Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Distribution Requirement Planning, Capacity Planning, Aggregate Supply Planning, S&OP, and Inventory Optimization.
Experience troubleshooting Rapid Response data defects/enhancements in Rapid Response modules stated above
Ability to perform administration tasks including setups and installations for Rapid Response Data Integration Server and Planning Server as part of upgrade release cycles and maintenance
Monitor scheduled tasks as part of inbound and outbound data flows from Rapid Response to Rapid Response DTC
Resolve the issues arising during the data update process
Experience working with Author Reports, Dashboards, Workbooks, Tasks and Automation for enhancements requested.
Ability to update and modify Control Set tables if required.
Ability to work with Kinaxis Product Support in case product defects arise
Work with extended business teams to resolve data issues & RR Functionality issues
Require Authoring Level 1 Certification.
Preferable to have Authoring Level 1 & 2 Certification
Admin Level 1 is an added plus.
Cognizant will not be able to provide sponsorship for this role. Candidates must be willing to work out of client location in Pleasanton, CA or Durham, NC as there is no T&E for this opportunity.
