Job Description

Our team is seeking a talented individual to join the Strategy Communication and Engagement Team as an Assistant Web Producer. The position requires understanding of multimedia tools - video, slideshows, graphics, charts, lists, etc. - as well as creating and maintaining intranet sites and content.

You will:

* Work with team staff and to determine content type, organization, presentation, and functionality of intranet web pages. Using HTML, Java, jQuery, and CSS construct intranet landing and content pages.
* Use digital cameras, audio and video recording/editing tools (iMovie, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, Sound Studio, etc.) as well as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, some InDesign) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and its Macintosh clones (iWork - Pages, Numbers, Keynote) to develop content for internal web pages, as directed. Content will be on multi-media platforms and the producer will be implementing predetermined designs. He/she will be generating and manipulating graphic images, animations, sound, text and video into a consolidated multimedia program to communicate desired concept and pages.
* Follow through on assigned concepts, practices, and procedures to manage existing intranet pages. Using HTML, Java, jQuery, and CSS works with departmental staff to keep pages current.
* Use social media software, e-mail, phone, and personal communication to ensure information is correct and /or accurate and then when directed posts to proper intranet channels.

You have:

* Bachelor's degree with less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
* 4 years of professional experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree
* A strong foundation on JavaScript and knowledge of (ES6/7/8)
* Knowledge of Task Runners
* HTML5 and CSS3 including using Bootstrap 3/4 and CSS Preprocessor such as SASS
* Knowledge of the AngularJS framework
* Experience with managing an existing codebase #LI-POST
