Job Description

TASC, An Engility Company is seeking a Junior Systems Administrator to support the XRO Security and Infrastructure program.

Duties Include:

* Plan and schedule the installation of new or modified hardware, operating systems, and applications software. Manage accounts, network rights, and access to systems and equipment.
* Develops and documents Standard Operating Processes and Procedures.
* Ability to plan, prepare, start and complete a project within defined period of time.
* Administer Windows, Linux and related subsystems.
* Administer and support Active Directory and DNS in a Microsoft domain.
* Provision new storage and carve out SAN storage. Administrate Backup system.
* Debugs complex network and domain related issues for Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 7, 10, Windows Server 2012 R2 and 2008 R2).
* COMSEC Responsible Officer duties
* Follow up on customer support problems.
* Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users, both orally and in writing.
* Provide critical and non-critical system patching IAW developed processes and procedures.
* Manage AD Security and Distribution Groups, ACLs and related Role Based Access Control for the organization.
