Fully document development and collaborate with development staff, service owners and other stakeholders to foster universal understanding of solutions as developed. Assist infrastructure and other supporting functions with tasks and responsibilities related to the development and sustainment of ServiceNOW in a customer and compliance-driven environment.

REQUIREMENTS: 3-5 years' experience in ServiceNOW development and integration. Completion or demonstrable progress toward SNOW certifications: System Administrator, Advanced System Administrator, Application Developer, e.g. Deep familiarity with multiple ServiceNOW modules and services including, but not limited to Asset Management, Incident Management, Configuration Management Database, Change Management, Performance Analytics, Problem Management. Experience with ServiceNOW HRCM and ITOM a plus. Capability with general reporting from ServiceNOW, using both native and external reporting engines such as PowerBI, is highly desirable.
