Seeking a Junior Program Analyst to join our team.

Performs complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.Gathers system requirements and implements system requirements.Establishes and defines program plan requirements and performs in-depth studies to determine optimum program plans.Supports in the development of progress and status reports, management dashboards, briefing materials, etc. Performs a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.Develops plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program.Establishes and defines program plan requirements and performs in-depth studies to determine optimum program plans.Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.May perform business development activities.Participates in special projects as required.

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience. 0-2 years of related finance or business analysis experience.

* Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills required.• Outstanding time management and organization skills required.• Must be a self-starter.• Proven ability to support multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment required.• Familiarity in developing project management methodologies (processes, best practices, tools, and templates) preferred.• Proven experience managing customer expectations during professional service engagements or software implementations required.• Ability to understand technical vision and communicate it to both technical and non-technical parties required.• Hands-on process and systems analysis experience in large, complex programs and experience in creating and supporting program management offices required.

Comments: Must be able to obtain an EOD public trust. Some telecommuting is allowed but must be local to come in to the office.

Education

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.

Qualifications

0-2 years of related IT or business analysis experience.
