Jr. TFS admin / .net DevOPS engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a DevOPS engineer / TFS admin with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in building .net code, based in Fremont, CA location.

Job Responsibilities:

* Support and help in the build and deployment of .net based code
* Supporting existing users of TFS for their usability needs for standardizing and updating Build Definitions and Release Definitions
* Migrate code from TFSVC to TFS-GIT
* Create and update utilities using powershell
* Create and update utilities and tools in c# on a need basis
* Knowledge to assign and update project properties.

Basic Qualifications:

* Must be technically strong, who can prioritize well and have the ability to work in environments with competing and alternating priorities, with a constant focus on delivery
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Must be a self-starter and work independently
* Experience working in a fast paced and demanding work environment
* Four plus years of code build and management in a large-scale, multi-platform environment is required
* Experience in Agile Application Development & Scrum methodologies is preferred
* Passionate about software development and delivering high quality applications
* .NET 4.5x development, MSCE preferred
* TFS (source code management)
* Experience working with TFS-GIT and TFSVC
* Net, MVC, C#, VB.Net, LINQ, Entity Framework
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is a must
