Position Description:

CGI Federal is seeking a Jr Maintenance Business Analyst to help develop robust enterprise-wide solutions for Identity and Access Management for the customer. You will have the opportunity to work with niche technologies and join a team to ensure that all projects are completed successfully As the Business Analyst, you will be responsible for formulating and defining business requirements, writing and tracking user stories and helping with the alignment of IT and business objectives for the organization. You will play a significant role in testing and supporting application(s) to meet organizational IAM requirements.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

* Understanding of source and target system integration.
* Participate in requirements analysis sessions and help develop design specifications for reports and application configuration.
* Participate in defining process for the approval workflows.
* Configure applications with minimal input from more experienced analysts and assist less experienced employees.
* Create IT scope documents and communicate requirements to technical teams
* Employs best practices for design, development, unit testing and test plan development.
* Coordinate with Vendors on the implementation or support of their products.
* Identify tasks and levels of effort for the implementation of solutions.
* Report project activity and status to management.
* Identify, resolve and escalate project issues in a reasonable period of time.
* Develop clear and concise documentation that facilitates repeatable configuration and integration of the applications.
* Develop and execute test scripts that thoroughly exercise the system.
* Perform application troubleshooting and problem solving.
* Will act as the liaison for the business teams and technical teams

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

* 1 year of experience in business process and requirement elicitation, documentation, and testing of information systems.
* Experience in implementing User acceptance testing, performance testing, automated testing and regression testing of applications.
* Knowledge of Agile techniques, theory, and practices.
* Bachelor's Degree
* Experience in development of test scripts, test cases and test plans.
* Possess basic understanding of identity governance such as provisioning, deprovisioning and certification processes.
* Possess basic understanding of LDAP's such as Active directory, Oracle unified directory and relational databases.
* Must understand functional processes and business rules related to the applications being implemented/supported.
* Understanding of source and target system integration.
* Possession of collaboration, communication, and leadership skills
* Possession of excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills
* Possession of excellent client and stakeholder relationship skills
* Possession of excellent time management skills and to juggle multiple tasks at once
* Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
* High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to be proactive.
* Experience in performing application troubleshooting and problem solving.
* Must be able to handle multiple activities simultaneously, be able to prioritize effectively, and meet overlapping deadlines.
* Must be able to recommend process improvements based upon industry standard in addition to resolving integrated process issues.
* Due to the nature of the contract, US citizenship is required. Must be able to obtain an agency specific clearance

Desired:

* Understanding of Identity and Access Management(IAM) concepts such as provisioning, de-provisioning, role based access controls and certifications.
* Some experience in Identity Access Management, platforms such as IIQ (SailPoint) or OIM(Oracle) is a plus
* Generate original ideas and follows through to completion.
* Have ability to query data and produce results to questions or requirements.
* Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in the face of changing demands.
* Display initiative to exceed customer expectation, quality, and productivity.   
* Experience with participating in a Scrum environment supporting identity and access management programs and systems.
