RMC is hiring for a Jr. Help Desk Technician to support our customer at NSWC Indian Head. The selected applicant will provide Audio and Visual (A/V) along with varied IT support to our customer. The selected applicant will provide Video Teleconferencing (VTC) support and A/V equipment set up for meetings and presentations. The selected applicant will schedule teleconference calls, test new workstations and take inventory of existing workstation. The selected applicant will have other duties as assigned by the customer.

A high school diploma and two (2) years of related help desk and/or A/V experience is required, preferred in a DoD setting. The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing is required.

Security Clearance: An active DoD security clearance is required to start. Applicant selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
