The Jr. ServiceNow Administrator/Developer will be responsible for a variety of duties ranging from integration, maintenance and operational aspects of ServiceNow.

Responsibilities:

* Serve as administrator and developer for the ServiceNow platform
* Collaborate with members of project teams and lead developers to ensure successful, technically sound projects which are completed on time and on budget
* Implement client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, business rules, workflows, and otherwise configure or modify ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements
* Track, prioritize, and implement enhancement requests and defect corrections, while leveraging formal Change Management processes.
* Collaborate with internal colleagues and lead developers to implement data feeds/interfaces with other systems, including databases, monitoring tools, LDAP, etc.
* Coordinate and perform application upgrades in partnership with vendors and internal colleagues
* Perform application testing
* Create and maintain system design and operations documentation
* Develop, maintain, and execute reports to ensure system operation meets performance targets
* Develop and maintain procedural documents relating to the management of the platform
* Provide advanced application support to internal team members
* Assist in IT process implementation and support as necessary
* Participate in occasional after hours releases for major implementations
* Provide "on call" support on a periodic basis as required

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
* System Development: 2 years
* System Administration: 2 years
* JavaScript: 2 years
* HTML/CSS: 2 years
* AngularJS: 1 year
* Experience creating, updating, and interpreting JavaScript, AngularJS and scripts
* Knowledge of ServiceNow database hierarchies and design
* Experience with detailed components of ServiceNow, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, and Asset Management
* Ability to create and configure forms and screen updates in ServiceNow
* 1 year or more experience administering and developing on ServiceNow platform
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
* Experience with Agile development
* Experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS and AngularJS
* Experience with PowerShell, REST, SOAP and SQL
* Experience with integrating third party applications such as AD, Monitoring Tools and other instances of ServiceNow
* Cloud development experience

Desired Qualifications:

* ITIL Foundation Certification
* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
