Job Description:

The IT Project Manager is a team dedicated to a multi-year journey to replace and rebuild the core platform used to administrate policies for customers through the policy lifecycle including billing and claims management

Responsibilities:

* Ideally, the candidate must have experience with Thunderhead/Smart Communications which is the platform we are building our documents on.
* Experience with other document generation tools needed.
* Deliver projects to completion through waterfall (current state) and agile (future state) methodology
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders, BA's, end users, IT and suppliers and manage their expectations as well as ensure their accountability
* Report regularly on status of the journey and identify, raise and resolve issues quickly and completely
* Full project accountability: from managing the change to budgeting and building a team with the right skills to deliver the solution
* Working with our software vendor to coordinate development between our team and theirs
