Overview

PROLIM Global Corporation (www.prolim.com) is currently seeking Technical Content Marketing Specialist for location Cincinnati, OH for one of our Top client.

Responsibilities:

* Primary: Write digital marketing and technical content to build thought leadership in the PLM engineering industry
* Assist with Brand Management, establish standards for the organization & building internal/external brand awareness
* Create new e-learning/LMS tool content - manage content updating/posting
* Create seamless integration with Siemens digital marketing
* Establish brand reach and authority through digital advertisements

Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in a related field required
* Minimum 3 years of experience in technical writing
* 2 years of experience in brand management or B2B marketing
* Exceptional communication & collaboration skills
* Experience managing multiple projects & meeting tight deadlines

Job Responsibilities

PRIMARY:

Digital Marketing

* Manage daily social media content creation (Tw, FB, LI, G+)
* Write 2-3 blog posts per week
* Work with engineering team to produce


* Online thought leadership development: contribute to LI groups, online communities/forums
* Work with engineering team to get questions answered



Website Content Development

* Rewrite website content - help organize how content to be presented and best explained
* Content audit - review and edit on blog posts, whitepapers, etc. currently on site
* Resources section - organize all resources on Ally PLM website and update onto new site
* Siemens content review - explore all resources on sales center and identify what to post on PROLIM site, what to use for PROLIM collateral, and what can be repurposed into new PROLIM-generated content
* Review on monthly basis to keep current with new content development


* Manage Google Analytics to determine:
* highest performing content (replicate format)
* lowest performing content/pages - fix to boost


* Lead keyword list development

Online Advertising

* Ideate Adwords, FB ads, Twitter Cards, LI test ads
* Make sure content/text developed, performance monitored, and tactics adjusted to produce best ROI

Technical Writing

* Write 2 whitepapers per quarter
* Truncate paper into short learning case studies and slides


* Write Case Studies
* Work as "client success manager" to develop mutually beneficial studies, gather testimonials and seek permission for logo / company name usage.



SECONDARY:

Branding Management

* Support rebranding of divisions
* Guide development of brand standards
* Maintain standardized templates for organization
* Create and maintain standard PPT slide library for all facets of organization

eLearning/LMS Management

* Lead development of courses and create course materials
* Lead packaging of videos into themed bundles
* Truncate current videos into smaller snapshots (30 min videos into 3 min snippets)
* Manage updates to system and student processes

Lead Nurturing

* Develop/maintain lead nurturing programs/workflows for all product/service lines
* Manage implementation and use of Zift (and content loaded in system)
* Biweekly newsletters by product
* Co-manage marketing automation tool strategy
