Job Description

ASRC Federal Data Networks is actively seeking a JCIDS Requirements Analyst to join our team that supports the Defense Health Agency (DHA) at the Pentagon. This position works with passionate team members that is focused on operational readiness.

* Prepare, analyze, and ensure documentation complies with the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) process
* Support the JCIDS acquisition process by hands-on oversight (requirements through fielding) and ownership of deliverables
* Ensure the program is following JCIDS processes and requirements
* Capture, trace, validate readiness requirements, recommend solutions, and be proactive as it pertains to the JCIDS process
* Effectively communicate with team members and customers at all levels and provide status/reports
* Learn new technologies and capabilities
* Familiarity with DHA Program Objective Memorandum is a plus

* Must have Active DoD SECRET clearance
* Five to eight years of JCIDS related experience or Defense Acquisition System --related experience from requirements, analysis, documentation and approval process
* Any background with DoD Military Health systems is desired
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration or Healthcare or a related field; additional experience can be substituted in lieu of a degree
* Ability to clarify requests/requirements and establish/maintain and follow the documented processes and procedures
* Experience with Initial Capabilities Document (ICD) and Capability Development Document (CDD) is needed
