As a senior member of our Electronic Algorithmic Trading Group, you will dive head-first into creating innovative solutions for automated/low-latency trading application. You'll join an inspiring and curious team of technologists dedicated to improving the design, analytics, development, coding, testing and application programming that goes into creating high quality software and new products. You will be working closely with the business partners and quantitative analysts to develop advanced/automated trading systems for equities and futures. You will be working on the server-side java application utilizing various low-latency solutions.

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

* BS/BA degree or equivalent experience


* Expertise in application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines


* Advanced knowledge of architecture, design and business processes


* Proficiency in modern programming languages - Java


* String Unix/Linux knowledge


* Server-Side development experience


* Multithreaded application development


* Knowledge in electronic trading and finance is a plus


* Strong understanding of architecture and design across all systems


* Working proficiency in developmental toolsets


* Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goal
