This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

* Knowledge of software design paradigms and techniques
* Ability to work as a team player
* Must be comfortable and eager to perform tasks in all phases of the software lifecycle (e.g., requirements analysis, design/development, test)
* Demonstrated ability to come up to speed on complex business domains
* Experience working within the principles of the Agile Methodology
* Top-notch analytical and problem-solving skills
* Works proactively to solve issues and problems
* 5 plus years of Object-Oriented design experience
* 5 plus years Java development experience
* 4 plus years of web-based User Interface development (IE, DHTML, Javascript, XML, Angular JS)
* 4 plus years of relational database software development experience (Oracle, SQL Server)
* Familiarity with ErWin Data Modeler a plus
* Familiarity with Cloud development a plus
