Job Description

Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience.

Responsibilities

Customer Center is part of CRM Sales Cloud. Current product has integration with Data Cloud, Service Cloud, RightNow, Eloqua.

You will be part of Customer Center development involves integration across CRM products (opportunity/leads etc.). Designing and implementing next generation cutting edge technologies like J2EE, web services, ADF, Analyze requirements. CC provides huge learning curve and challenges your mental ability to create out of the box solutions in CRM domain.

We are using elastic search for indexing and searching and building framework for entire CRM.

We are moving to re-architecture phase of our product using cutting edge technologies like Elastic Search for Search algorithms, OJET framework for redeveloping all our UIs, Rest service support for all the functional use cases which will be a great platform to build functionally relevant and highly performant enterprise cloud applications. We have almost 1000 customers and hence it will be good exposure in working on real life customer problems and deliver a feature which will be actively used in the market. Need to work across teams to facilitate Customer Center integration with other product lines in CRM and Fusion Apps.

Requirements

Must have:

* Solid understanding of Core Java , ADF Framework, REST Framework, PL/SQL
* Solid understanding of product development lifecycle.
* Great attitude, great learning ability, great problem solving skills, R&D bent of mind, great team player, good analytical and excellent communication skills.

Preferred to have:

* Good knowledge of enterprise applications and On Demand scenarios
* Javascript or other scripting languages
* Agile Methodologies
