Job Description

Copart is looking for an IT Technical Support Intern to work and assist on providing some IT support as well as to provide video conferencing, sound and video technology in the team.

Responsibilities:

* Provide IT technical support responsibilities such as setting up PC's, imaging applications, installations, etc.
* Provide Window's, laptop, mobile support
* Provide PC troubleshooting and AV / Video Conf support in the office.
* Provide new ideas and solutions for future upgrades on the Video and Conference solutions
* Be up to date with the latest solutions in A/V technologies
* Set up video conferencing at within office locations
* Complete necessary troubleshooting as needed
* Excellent communicational / team building skills
* Up-to-date on current technology related to the field
* Innate curiosity to learn and adapt to new tasks

Preferred:

* Experience with PC troubleshooting
* Experience with networking
* Experience with Video Conferencing / Audio Video Installations
* Wireless hdmi solutions
* 360 cameras
* Barco Clickshare Systems
* Some Video Editing
* A true gadget lover that is informed about the latest toys out there ????
* Experience with Collaboration tools:
* Highfive Video
* Skype Video Conf / Live streaming
* Join.me
* Zoom
* Cisco Spark
* And the ability to learn all the new solutions
* Looking for a tech savvy with experience in the latest in collaboration tools
