We are seeking a talented individual who is responsible for IT technical financial management including charge back \ show back, financial management, software asset management, hardware asset management, configuration management database (CMDB) management, and technology life cycle management. This job role will also assist in other IT cost management responsibilities including procurement, software and hardware maintenance renewals, vendor management, and cost savings tracking.

Essential Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with finance to develop charge back \ show back models
* Drive down costs of services by engaging with service owners across the enterprise
* IT investment financial management
* Maintain IT software and hardware asset tracking data in ServiceNow
* Leverage corporate CMDB for financial analysis and modeling
* Ensure that maintenance contracts are renewed accurately and on time
* Work with IT procurement and Finance on new IT CapEx and OpEx investments
* Develop IT Asset lifecycle management plan and process
* Track cost savings
* Handle moderately complex issues and problems, and refer more complex issues to higher-level staff
* May provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to lower level IT Technical Financial Analysts

Work Conditions and Physical Demands:

* Requires manual dexterity to use computer, telephone and peripherals
* May be required to work extended hours for special business needs
* May be required to travel at least 10% of time based on business needs; at times on short notice

Minimum Education:

* BA/BBA in Finance preferred. A combination of education and experience may be used in lieu of a diploma.

Minimum Related Work Experience:

* 3 years working with finance charge back \ show back models
* 3 years financial reporting experience
* ServiceNow experience a plus
