Job Summary

AECOM has an immediate opportunity for an IT Support Specialist - Senior to support a government agency's capabilities in Washington, D.C (Union Station / Red Line).

Performs day-to-day activities required to provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support to end users, to include, move/add/change of end user equipment, software install and upgrades, and general troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Minimum Requirements

* Must have a minimum of 7 years of related experience providing IT Hardware and Software Deployment, Troubleshooting, and Problem Resolution support to end users.


* May be required to work evenings and weekends. Participation in a 24x7 on call rotation may be required. May be required to travel to SEC locations and data centers (<10% travel required)

* Candidates must be U.S. Citizen or have legal right to work in the USA without sponsorship (Agency check will be required for this position)


* Clearance Required: Not required, however must have ability to clear background investigation by ICE for Entry of Duty (EOD) clearance.
