Job Description

Ware Malcomb is hiring an IT Support Specialist in our Oak Brook office!

The IT Support Technician will work with our corporate office to support end users in a help desk role; Configure, maintain, and support end user workstations & laptops for our east coast and other regional offices and rack all changes using trouble ticket and inventory control system; training end users on various different software products such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Work hours for the IT Support Technician are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST

IT Support Specialist candidates must have:

* Prior experience with the support of Windows 7/10 workstations & Laptops, MS Office, Autodesk Applications: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit; Sketchup, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite; VPN Usage; Printing & Plotting; Mobile Devices (iPhone/iPad, Android phones and Tablets, Laptops, Imaging of new hardware, deploying software updates, troubleshooting VOIP phones, troubleshooting software bugs/errors; troubleshooting network related issues
* Excellent Communication
* Efficient Teamwork
* Ability to effectively fulfill support tickets based on urgency
* Superb Customer Service
* General Knowledge of Network Topology
* Ability to speak and understand Spanish preferred
