At Mobile Heartbeat, you'll be working with cutting edge technologies and having a direct impact on healthcare delivery in hospitals across the United States. Our MH-CURE product is used by nurses, doctors and other care providers across a range of hospitals, providing secure clinical communication, access to patient data and care teams as well as delivery of alerts and alarms.

The IT Support Analyst performs all day to day technical and application support for all Mobile Heartbeat staff, which includes routine maintenance, laptop/desktop/mobile device setups/configuration, troubleshooting, software installation, upgrades, and similar tasks. The primary responsibility is internal help desk response and end user satisfaction. There is also a great potential for learning and growing, into networking/technical-services and/or customer application support and operations.

Responsibilities:

* Performs all IT help desk requests to ability, requesting assistance/escalating as needed
* Configure, set up, deploy new users, maintain/troubleshoot, upgrade, support: Accounts/memberships, active directory objects, laptop/desktop, mobile device management, software, desktop operating systems, anti-malware/security
* Maintain a positive relationship with staff, be service oriented
* Observe and analyze procedures and technologies, propose improvements when applicable
* Recommend and verify end user equipment specifications
* Available for emergency situations, as well as planned maintenance - after hours and weekends
* Participate in Disaster Recovery planning and testing as the user/equipment facing role
* Train and develop skills, suggest paths and challenges
* Other duties as assigned - including office and other non-technology assignments

Qualifications:

* Require at least 1 or more years general experience in IT
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* Require familiarity with Microsoft Office, Smart Phones, and Desktop operating systems
* Preferred familiarity with Apple Laptops/MacOS, Windows Desktop, Windows Server, Desktop virtualization, Apple iPhone, Active Directory, Cisco Networking, VOIP, Office 365, Webex, Salesforce, Cloud/SAAS
* Experience within software industry a big plus
* Fits a career path in Technical Services or Applications/Solutions
* Occasionally travel may be required
