The IT Support Analyst will provide front-line primary technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware, software and peripherals.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone/email or remote access as appropriate * Resolve help desk issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issues * Hardware & Software inventory * Laptop Imaging
* HS Diploma, or GED Required * Associate's Degree Preferred
Relevant Work Experience:
* Two to five years of hands-on experience working in an end-user desktop support role or computer operations environment required
* Microsoft Office 2013 to 2016 * Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10 * Windows Server experience a plus * Remote Desktop and Laptop support * Working knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange * Patch management * Asset Inventory Control * Advanced printer / peripheral device troubleshooting * TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP * Remote support for handheld smartphones and tablets * Apple Mac experience desirable but not required * VMware experience or similar Virtualization Technology exposure desirable but not required * Exchange experience a plus * Symantec Ghost experience desirable but not required
