Our success has led to continued expansion both in the range of services we offer and our global presence. We are now looking for a talented and enthusiastic IT Support Analyst.

The IT Support Analyst is responsible for providing technical and administrative support for office voice and data network infrastructure and computer systems. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Will perform a variety of IT-related tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Provide computer/network support relating to software and hardware problems reported by users
* Maintain an adequate level of knowledge (through research if necessary) of operating system and application software being used to provide high levels of support to users
* Create new & configure existing user IT accounts
* Responsible for the configuration and installation / deployment of workstations, mobile devices, and applications
* Proactively manage the maintenance of all company desktops and laptops
* Track and organizing all IT inventory
* Provide fixed assets reporting to Finance
* Support Network Administrator in troubleshooting for network infrastructure issues
* Support Network Administrator with backup and disaster recovery procedures
* Participate in team meetings, providing input and suggestions
* Assist in research and gathering of information on equipment, software and supplies as needed
* Provides one-on-one ad-hoc user training for IT-related software and hardware during IT support calls, as well as scheduled IT training sessions
* Assist users with Skype for Business, Teams, and other unified communication applications and equipment
* Support Apple OSX and iOS
* Support Android operating systems and devices
* Other special projects as assigned

Education/Work Experience/Skills

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
* MCSE certification preferred
* 3-5 years IT experience
* Experience supporting MS Windows, OSX and Microsoft Office
* Apple certification strongly preferred, or willing to obtain upon hire
