Job Description

Responsibilities:

* Provide first point of contact for customer-facing support on desktops, laptops, mobile devices, operating systems, applications, printers, networking, remote access, Email and telephony
* Provide helpdesk support & troubleshooting and resolve problems to the end user'ssatisfaction
* Assist with onboarding of newusersin Seattle office. Manage PC/MAC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, imagesand software
* Support R&D lab servers, including server installation, configuration and daily maintenance
* Work with business department to coordinate important information around system maintenance, changes and IT requirements from business

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Business (Management Information Systems), Computer Science, Business (Other) or equivalent
* 3+ years of professional experience servicing and supporting medium business networks and/or products in a Tier 2 support role.
* 2+ years' experience with Mac (IOS systems)
* 3+ years' experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft operating systems, wide variety of applications, and networking technologies.
* 3+ years' LAN, WAN and VoIP phone systems experience
* Strong knowledge of ITIL Service Management concepts and experience managing ITIL processes • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, experience of supporting C Level Executives
* Ability to provide high level support of all IT networking and communications hardware for the entire Seattle office
* Bilingual: English & Chinese
