IT Specialist

Location: Irvine - Costa Mesa, CA

Duration - Contract 2 Hire

Position Summary:

Under the supervision of the Chief Information Officer our in-house IT Specialist coordinates between the company and external vendors and contractors about IT-related infrastructure and development. The IT Specialist performs IT operations, maintenance, resolves IT concerns, and advises personnel on how to resolve technical matters.

Essential IT Specialist Responsibilities:

* Maintain the networks at various locations.
* Complete maintenance of IT devices and any additions to the networks.
* Distribute phones and laptops to employees.
* Manage email accounts for the company including creating new emails, maintaining, and creating email distribution groups.
* Troubleshoot any hardware or software problems.
* Installation of new hardware and software and help train employees on it use.
* Coordinate the needs of remote employees, vendors, and contractors.

Qualifications

Basic Education and Experience Required:

* A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology preferred not required.
* A minimum of two years' Operational IT experience required.
