* Technical support for customized production related applications. * Primary contact for hardware and software related questions. * Support scanning and printing activities for all team members. * Assist with the implementation of systems upgrades and security integrity. * Maintain and troubleshoot LAN / WAN and Wireless Infrastructure. * Proactive systems monitoring to include problem identification, escalation and resolution. * Writing process and workflow documentation. * Coordinate hardware, operating system and software setup. * Train end users on hardware and software applications.

Qualifications and Experience
* Familiar with Microsoft Office, Windows 2000 & 2003 Server, MSSQL, Windows XP Professional and Project. * Basic networking fundamentals and client/server architecture. * Basic wireless network experience. * Experience with Visual Basic, VB.net, and macro creation a plus. * Technical certifications, college or equivalent work experience in hardware, programming, application support and operations is desired. * Hand Held bar code scanning and printing experience a plus. * Help desk experience a plus.
