The IT Site Manager is responsible for providing leadership & strategy while supporting the Atlas business unit. In this role you will be responsible for the definition, development, implementation, operation and support of computer-based systems and related processes and tools which provide information for reporting, operations, and decision making. This role partners with and oversees the Help Desk Specialist.
Atlas IT's Department is a two person department including the IT Manager role. This is a hands on, highly technical position that is responsible for executing new systems.
Primary Responsibilities include:
Leading the implementation of IT processes: * Provide day to day IT support. * Troubleshoot and resolve local issues and problems. * Establish and maintain high-quality relationships with all levels across the company and with external partners. * Provide auxiliary IT support to satellite sites within the business unit.
Ensuring that IT solutions meet the needs of the business. Anticipates and recommends technical solutions to business problems: * Align local initiatives and processes with the direction and support from Corporate IT. * Ensure networks, workstations, operating systems and software applications are operational. * Ensure hardware and software is patched and/or updated * Conducts impact analysis of globally-based ERP (Exact Globe) products, systems, upgrades and changes for department/functional areas, and evaluates systems and business processes.
Assist in the management of implementation, operation and support of computer-based systems: * Support computer-based systems and related processes that provide information for reporting and operations. * Manage related products, systems, upgrades and changes locally. * Manage the maintenance of network administrative functions, including user and email accounts. * Oversee local inventory of networks, workstations and software applications.
Develops and maintains technology policies, standards and procedures manual in accordance with Corporate and Divisional policies and procedures. * Maintain documentation for system configurations. * Responsible for IT related Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
