Job Description

Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking an IT Service Management (ITSM) Training Administrator for OIT- Enterprise Service Delivery. This position is responsible for managing training and supporting communications to university-wide organizations for the Rutgers IT Service Management Office. This role creates and delivers specialized training and communications as part of on-going operations associated with the Rutgers Service Management Office.

Among the key duties of this position are the following:
* Creates material and delivers training that ensures the effective and efficient use of ITSM applications and services.
* Supports organizational adoption of ITSM fundamentals and basic principles with targeted communications to facilitate outreach and awareness.
* Helps maximize OIT's investment in the Rutgers University ITSM platform by working with the ITSM platform and systems administration team to understand application functionality to create and deliver learning programs tailored to Rutgers University.
* Supports the ITSM Systems Administration team as a secondary system administrator
