NTT DATA Services currently seeks a IT Security, .Net Production Support and Development to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Job Responsibilities:

* Receive & Resolve support issues which require code and database changes.
* Possess a strong ability to troubleshoot issues, and multi-task.
* Assist in application operations to ensure 24*7 service continuity.
* Analysis, Identification of issues and developing workarounds.
* Provide manual workarounds for major issues until the permanent code fix is delivered.
* Reply to functional queries, Understanding & analysis of user requirement for minor enhancements. Participate in the UAT Testing for any bugs/new application features.
* Responsible for technical Documentation.

Technologies:

* Design and development of applications and web services in C# .NET and related technologies.
* Debugging applications using Microsoft® Visual Studio.
* Application development using: ASP.NET, MVC, Entity Framework & Windows Services.
* Database design and development using Microsoft® SQL Server, including stored procedures, views and triggers.
* Deploying, configuring and troubleshooting web applications on the IIS (Internet Information Services) platform.

Skills:

* The ability to Lead a global team and good problem-solving skills
* Self-driven team member with Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders.
* The ability to work within given time frames.
* Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
* Organizational and time management skills with the ability to work towards tight deadlines.
