* Responsible for defining the technical network security standards as well as to design and blueprint the network security architectures within Alcon's environment.
* Additionally will support project teams in choosing the right network security architectures.
* Expected to have a thorough understanding of complex IT systems and stay up to date with the latest network security standards, systems and authentication protocols, as well as best practice security products.
* Develop and enforce security policies and procedures across data center and networks.
* Design security measures and an overall network security architecture for the IT and/or OT landscape in line with the ISRM policy framework.
* Ensure Information Security regulatory compliance.
* Ensure auditing of security policies and procedures.
* Promptly respond to all security incidents and provide thorough post-event analyses, review findings with key stakeholder to ensure process/technical improvements.
* Identify, investigate and report on suspected breaches and review findings with key stakeholders.
* Training of the IT community of the role and value of the Security Architecture team, governed standards and blueprints, and engaged processes.
* Support key IT and/or OT projects in their security architectural setup.
