Responsible for communicating RRD's Information Security Program to both internal and external customers. The position will manage and facilitate responses and audits related to RRD's IT security controls within facilities, applications and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

* Develop an understanding and in-depth knowledge of multiple lines of businesses to effectively formulate responses that represent the Information Technology Security Policies and Procedures of RR Donnelley in relationship to the business services and location of which they are being provided.
* Provide reports and findings to management and assist in risk action plans.
* Participates in evaluations of Department processes and procedures.
* Review and update Risk Management documentation to ensure that it remains in alignment with current RR Donnelley Information Technology Security Policies and Procedures.
* Assist with the review of Information Technology Security sections of contracts and Requests for Proposals to ensure alignment with RR Donnelley Information Technology Security Policies and IT Governance guidelines.
* Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.

Required Skills

* Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or discipline related to functional work or role with 1-3 years of relevant work experience OR demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through a comparable number of years of applicable work experience.
* Must have excellent communication skills; both verbal and written.
* Strong documentation skills to properly record appropriate responses in alignment with analysis.
* Must be able to communicate and interact with a variety of internal/external customers.
* Able to apply strong functional computer knowledge in utilizing Microsoft Windows, MAC, or other technical tools in completing assignments.
