Job Description

As IT Project Manager you will be responsible for State Street's implementation of a Network Segmentation Plan to address network segmentation weaknesses. This Program will encompass the State Street core environment, subsidiaries, affiliates and joint ventures. It will be centrally governed using formal governance and oversight framework, which will be used to monitor progress and resolve escalated issues to ensure the execution of the Program.

Responsibilities:

* Management of the Network Segmentation plan which should be formal and include appropriate monitoring and reporting of progress and escalation of issues for State Street's most critical information systems and assets across the enterprise.
* Hold meetings and develop project lans with milestones and escalate issues to senior management when needed.
* Updating and managing scope document, risk register, project plan, risk scorecards and other program artifacts.
* Provide Project Management expertise on future projects

Requirements:

* 2-5 years' experience managing projects.
* As part of the role candidate will need to be experienced with midrange and mainframe based applications and their respective technology i.e. Tandem, VMS etc.; Core Infrastructure Services and how they communicate to front end and back end processes; Network experience; and familiarity with the Illumio and Palo Alto firewall technology.
* Proficient using MS Project and MS Office.
* Familiar with CAPPM (Project Management Software).
* Familiar with VEN agent software.
* Familiar with MRA process and how it relates to the Federal Reserve Board.
