Your responsibilities:

As a Project manager your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Managing the delivery of internal and outsourced projects from project initiation to transition to operations
* Delivering projects on time and within budget and to meet the desired business objectives
* Establishing plan and initiating project mobilization by confirming project scope, estimate, resources, roles and responsibilities
* Ensuring appropriate use of project management methods and tools depending on the type of project (e.g. Agile)
* Directing outputs of the project team, ensuring overall success of project and effective use of resources
* Monitoring and controling execution of project and establish project governance, managing risks and issues
* Ensuring project adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Project Management service scope

What you'll bring to the role:

* Superior leadership, interpersonal, communication, collaboration, influencing, negotiation, problem solving skills and stakeholder management
* Superior project and program management skills, including strong knowledge of and ability to apply various methodologies (e.g. ICE, PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall etc.)
* Considerable business domain awareness
* General understanding of current technologies especially in the digital space, and their application to enable business value
* Experience working in a global, multi-cultural and matrix environment
* Experience in delivering GxP IT solutions
* Role model in the Novartis Values and Behaviors
