Required skills/experience: Experience managing and motivating technical experts including data architects, software developers, and web developers.Desired skills/experience: Experience with configuration management processes and methodologies; Experience utilizing SQL to retrieve data from Oracle relational databases.

The customer has a mission need for a program manager to oversee and ensure high-quality task completion and deliverables from a team of contractor data architects, web developers, and software developers. Seeking program management expertise to help efficiently and effectively manage contract resources, coordinate new and existing projects, define team processes and procedures, and ensure technical consistency across team projects.The customer is a highly collaborative, forward-leaning, innovative group. Seeking an individual who enjoys working across teams and in an experimental, idea-filled culture.Mandatory Skills:• Demonstrated leadership and managerial skills.• Experience managing and motivating technical experts including data architects, software developers, and web developers.• Experience coordinating limited resources across multiple projects.• Ability to monitor various projects, address issues that arise, and ensure milestones are met.• Excellent communication skills, including with technical AND nontechnical individuals. • Excellent critical thinking judgement, and decision making skills.• Demonstrated collaboration and coordination skills.• Actively stays abreast of industry changes and advancements.• Intellectual curiosity, creativity, and motivation to deliver the best solution to complex problems.Desired Skills:• Experience with configuration management processes and methodologies.• Experience utilizing SQL to retrieve data from Oracle relational databases.
