We are seeking a top-tier professional to join our IT service operations team, providing support to development teams across Mixed Reality at Work in addition to experiences and other next generation projects.

As a member of the IT Service Operations team you would be providing a range of critical support services to the organization, including deskside hardware and software support across existing and future devices, ensuring key events and demos run smoothly and leading personal IT hardware procurement, inventory and tracking.

As a member of the team you will be expected to not only learn about new technologies in order to provide support, but also teach others across the organization in order to scale effectively.

You will support the Mixed Reality at Work team on the road and during conferences. As an elite member of this team, you will be able to troubleshoot technical issues, quickly fix and document, ensuring team understanding.

* Background in computer science or hardware engineering
* 3+ years of experience in IT Deskside support or similar role.

Position will require travel within the US and internationally, potentially at short notice. Position may require ability to physically move 25+ kg. (60+ lbs.)
