Tax Terms: Contract

* Must have a strong technical knowledge of Networks, Phone Systems, ESX, VMs, Windows Server, Backup Systems and Desktops/Laptops.
* Interact with vendors and ISPs to facilitate installations and decommissions.
* Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical topics to management and non-technical audiences, as well as interface with Project teams on a daily basis.
* Create and Manage Communications Plans.
* Coordinate and participate in planning and status meetings.
* Document proceedings in meeting minutes.
* Develop and edit PowerPoint presentations to be shared with management (including executive-level presentations and clear communication)
* Work with project team to ensure TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) and Project Checklists are reviewed and complete.
* Ensure project documentation is maintained in appropriate SharePoint sites.
* Update the deployment and installation including Project Plan timelines and achievements.
* Participate in project meetings by recording notes and publishing on the SharePoint within 24 hours of the meeting.
* Ensure project diagrams, including vision, of the network and application layouts are created and properly maintained (up-to-date).
