IT Operations Center Lead

Within the Global Operations Team, this hands-on role will focus on the day-to-day operations of the IT Operations Center. The IT Operations Center lead will lead a team of analysts and technical support team members who will help proactively discover and resolve problems before users are impacted. The successful candidate will help troubleshoot and fix problems as needed and will provide a stable and reliable environment by reducing user impacting events and recurring problems. The combination of monitoring, analyzing problems and keeping the landscape current with third party providers will be key. Hands on experience on Windows Operating System is a must. The successful candidate must be a US Citizen. Experience and understanding of scripting and automation as well as cloud technologies is a plus. ITSM knowledge and experience is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Setup monitoring of different technologies using tools and provide periodic reports to the management.

2. Perform data analysis and provide proactive fixes across different technologies by working with different teams as necessary.

3. Plan for stay current activity roadmaps for each technology and execute on deliverables.

4. Actively participate in Team meetings and Process improvement discussions across technologies.

5. Work with Vendors where necessary for resolving technical issues.

Desired Skills and Experience:

1. Experience working with Windows servers and Virtualization.

2. Ability to work independently and lead the teams where necessary.

3. Willing to take initiative with researching issues or root cause.

4. Quality driven and results oriented.

5. Good communication skills.

6. Analytical and Proactive mindset.

Technical Experience:

1. End Point technologies (PCs, MACs)

2. Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Office 365, Skype for Business

3. Network Technologies

This position will require spending some time in our Norwood, MA location during the training period
