Job Description

The Systems Administrator works with the IT team to maintain all company infrastructure while helping to evaluate, plan, and implement upgrades, changes, and additions to the environment. Duties include maintaining and troubleshooting servers, and network environments.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

* Maintain company infrastructure
* Setup and configure new software
* Setup and configure new devices
* Setup and configure new remote offices as needed
* Provide network support to include LAN, WAN, and VPN
* Provide technical support to other support analysts as required
* Create and maintain comprehensive system and site documentation
* Assist in evaluation and testing of software
* Provide onsite, offsite, remote, and phone user support for hardware/software escalations

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

* 1 - 5 years' experience implementing and supporting Windows Server 2008 and Windows Server 2012, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Group Policy, File Resources
* 1 - 2 years' experience supporting networks and mobile devices
* Knowledge of common server and network hardware
* Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, Office365, SCCM, RSAT, SAN, NAS, WSUS and patch management
* Experience working in an enterprise environment (500+ end users)

REQUIREMENTS

* 3 - 5 years' experience in a technology environment
* Hands-on software installation, testing, and training experience
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
* Strong customer-service orientation
* Ability to lift 50 pounds

PREFERRED

* 2 years' experience with SCCM Administration (Not just deployments)
* Experience with EMS (Enterprise Mobility Suite)
* Experience with Failover Clustering, iSCSI
* Experience with Cisco Meraki
* Experience with Azure
* Experience with Citrix
* Certifications
* MCSA: Server2012
* Network +
* CCNA
