Job Description

We are looking for a passionate, motivated, high-performing IT Marketing Solution Architect. This is a great opportunity to leverage your digital marketing solution experience and join our market-leading company through its digital transformation journey. The position will be responsible for the overall design and implementation of Shure's marketing technology solutions using our Customer Success Platform built on Salesforce. As a Solution Architect, you will work closely with our internal business partners to deliver solutions that solve our business problems and act as the development team leader for our IT resources.

Responsibilities:

* Handle overall design of marketing automation systems as well as recommending best practice solutions based on marketing department needs and latest proven business and technology trends.
* Responsible for day-to-day operations of Salesforce Marketing Cloud applications, including system management, reporting, and data management tools.
* Architect data feeds, platform configuration, and components needed to run complex automated email campaigns.
* Support building of targeted audience segments based on email behavioral data and CRM attributes using Data Extensions
* Assist in the deployment of email campaigns including automations, triggered emails, and A/B tests to improve campaign performance
* Provide expertise with Social and Advertising Studio
* Work with business partners to build metrics and supporting dashboards and reporting.
* Provide solution design for Partner and Customer Community Clouds with regards to marketing and contact management
* Identify the need to provide customization over configuration and communicate the associated risks as well as provide recommendations to mitigate.
* Work with internal business partners to understand current and future business process and capture business requirements for enabling technology solutions
* Lead definition of business requirements with business partners to translate into user stories
* Work with solution architects peers in IT to design and implement integrations to Sales and Service Clouds
* Write solution documentation and specifications jointly with the technical architect
* Understand the technical depth of projects and recommend correct resources
* Manage the work efforts of individual contributors with responsibility for coaching and performance management
* Provide motivation and guidance to development teams during the systems development life cycle
* Work with key stakeholders to support business adoption and deployment activities.
* Works with development resources throughout the entire lifecycle, fluent in agile and waterfall delivery and getting the most value from the platform
* Provides thought leadership on IT strategies
* Evaluate 3rd party applications that can be used to enhance platform
* Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in related field. Graduate coursework is desirable.
* Minimum of 10 years working experience with a minimum of 2 years Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
* Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification
* Salesforce Certified Technical Architect
* Journey Builder experience
* Demonstrated ability of working on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends.
* Demonstrated experience in determining the best use of resources to meet goals of assignments received in the form of objectives.
* Able to lead cooperative efforts among members of project teams.
* Able to follow processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
* Able to develop and administer schedules and establish performance requirements
* Experience with preparing and adhering to a budget
* Able to provide guidance to subordinates within the latitude of established company policies.
* Experience with advising subordinates how to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems.
* Responsible for the hiring, firing, and performance review of staff.
