We are seeking for a IT Lead - Eclipse Product Owner to join our Rexel USA team in Dallas TX!

Rexel Holdings serves customers in the commercial, industrial, and residential segment with a logistics network service all 50 states. The IT Lead - Eclipse Product Owner specializing in Eclipse Job Management will report directly to the IT Director. This position is responsible for taking business requests, refining and translating them into delivered solutions. This requires partnering with business leaders and IT colleagues to ensure functionality delivers on defined business benefits. Additionally, this position should keep abreast with new technologies, building a roadmap for the various technologies to be utilized within our environment that deliver business benefit and are cost effective.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

* Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements
* Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
* Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
* Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities
* Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
* Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
* Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
* Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities
* Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
* Adhere to development, tools and change management standards
* Develop test plans and perform unit and system integration testing.
* Working closely to the Eclipse Support team, identify and document issues and assist in issue resolution
* Assist in definition and execution of user training and documentation preparation
* Participate in system deployment activities
* Other projects as assigned

Qualifications Required:

* Four-year college degree and 5 years relevant experience.
* Experience with Eclipse Application & Eclipse Job Management (5+ years of experience)
* Experience and confidence to escalate issues when appropriate, ability to filter out "noise"
* Ability to facilitate discussions with a broad audience and come to appropriate resolution of issues/challenges
* Ability to quickly establish effective working relationships and to participate and contribute within a team
* Experience with project management and software development lifecycle
* Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines without day to day supervision
* Ability to multi-task concurrent projects and adapt to a dynamic work environment
* Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills
* Ability to manage and motivate a team of resources.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
* Creative thinker with a vision
* Attention to details
* This position may require some travel.
